Yes. We actively encourage enquiries from organisations requiring regular use of the venue on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Please use the dedicated regular bookings page to submit your enquiry.

We welcome regular bookings from churches, community groups, charities, training providers, educational organisations, businesses, sports clubs and associations.

Bookings start from £50/hour*, depending on event type, day, time and booking frequency. Full-day hire and bespoke packages are available — please contact us for a tailored quote. (* Rate from £50/hour; actual rate depends on event specifics.)

A deposit can be made to secure your booking. For full-day bookings, a non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your date, and this is deducted from your final invoice. Full payment is required 30 days before your event. For other bookings, deposit requirements will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The £300 full-day booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event date are non-refundable. For events taking place within 30 days of the booking date, full payment is required at the time of booking. For other booking types, cancellation terms will be confirmed when you book. Yes. Our Wedding Night Package is £1,050 and includes full hall hire plus a night's stay in the 4-star aparthotel in the same building, Nosecco and chocolate, a king bed for the couple, and use of the kitchenette and reception room.

Yes. Our Day Delegate Package is £35.99 per person for an 8-hour day and includes a sandwich selection, unlimited tea and coffee from the coffee machine, and sweet treats — all alongside hall hire. If you only need lunch, a standalone Sandwich Lunch is available at £14.50 per person alongside hall hire.

Yes. If you only need lunch, you can book a Sandwich Lunch for £14.50 per person alongside hall hire — ideal for shorter meetings or events where the full Day Delegate Package doesn't suit your needs.

Yes. The venue includes a professional PA system with digital mixer and microphone, a 100-inch LED display with HDMI input, and DMX stage lighting. Bluetooth and aux connections are also available for music playback.

Yes. The venue has plenty of natural light. Blackout blinds are also available when a darker environment is required.

Yes. Newarke Street Multi-Storey Car Park is approximately 3 minutes' walk from the venue and is suitable for guests staying for the duration of an event. There is also 2-hour on-street parking directly in front of the hall, ideal for short stays, drop-offs, and collections for celebrants, guests and vendors. Grace Hall is also well served by public transport.
